Weekend and Holiday availability is a requirement for this position. Hours of Operation for set up are primarily 6am - 2pm with some variability.
Pay is 18.75/hr.

Job Duties/Tasks:
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of serving routines.
- Provide complete service to the Banquet guests according to the Standards of Operation.
- Thoroughly understand the format of a Banquet Event Order (BEO) so as to set up the necessary components of the event.
- The ability to set up and tear down events in a quick and orderly fashion.
- Maintain the highest level of service in order to provide all banquet guests with a memorable experience at Glen Oaks Country Club.
- Consistently perform all required opening and closing duties as spelled out in the Banquet Manual.
- Performs other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Promotes high morale and enthusiasm among staff by providing a positive and team-oriented mentality both on and off the floor.
- Provides a high level of cooperation and communication with all allied Departments of the Club.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible work hours.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Withstand long periods of time on their feet and walking various distances.
